What can I edit with my subscription?

Control your subscription with ease! You can change the frequency of your shipments, move the next ship date of your order to any other date of your choice, add or swap flavors and products, add special discounted one-time items, change your shipping address, and more.

When will my card charged?

Your credit card will be charged on the date of your subscription renewal (ex. every 4 weeks).

Why is it saying I don't have an account when I try to login?

Upon purchasing a Breinfuel subscription, you will receive an email to activate your account. You must first activate your account to log into our system using your email and a password of your choice. If you run into any trouble, please email us atinfo@breinfuel.com. We can easily resend your activation email. Once your account is activated, you will be able to manage your orders and make changes to your subscription.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your Breinfuel subscription for any reason, please send us an email at info@breinfuel.comas soon as possible and be sure to include your order number. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it right away. If it has been fulfilled, we will ask our fulfillment team to check in with the carrier and confirm whether they can return the shipment to us before it is delivered to you.

I forgot to apply a promo code to my order. What now?

If you’ve forgotten to apply your promo code, please send us a message below with your order number as well as the specific promo code you want to use. As long as your order meets the requirements, we will retroactively apply the promo code for you. Please note only one discount or promo code can be used per order.
